Paul Kluesner
Founder and co-owner of Red Wing Trees, Paul has always enjoyed outdoor work, especially working with trees. He offered tree removal as a side service in his handyman business he started in 2010. Having seen the demand for tree removal increase in the Red Wing area due to the devastation of the Emerald Ash Borer (EAB), he decided to focus his efforts on establishing Red Wing Trees. Paul acquired the specific equipment and partnered with Jim Groh.
Red Wing Trees is also a subsidiary of All Season Landscapes LLC, which Paul is co-owner of. All Season Landscapes is focused on HOA lawn care and snow removal. Paul is also employed as a full time firefighter/paramedic with the Red Wing Fire Department since 2019.
Paul and his wife Missy moved to Red Wing in 2009 where he built their home just outside of town and raise their 5 kids enjoying rural living.
Jim Groh
Co-owner of Red Wing Trees, Jim prides himself on excellent customer service. Throughout his time managing different departments within a local home improvement store, he built many relationships as a familiar and helpful face with Red Wing residents. Jim is also no stranger to the tree service industry as his father owned Groh Tree Service in Mankato Minnesota during the late 1970’s. Combining that history with over 15 years of manager experience and customer service in the Red Wing area, Jim is an excellent counterpart as a business partner to Paul. Together they strive to provide the best local tree service option and dedicated customer satisfaction.
Born and raised in Red Wing, Jim continues to live here with his wife and two daughters.
